I have been trying for days now. Every time I press submit, I am brought to the: “before you submit, try these things…” page. I have tried them. I scroll down to press the blue Submit button, which spins for about 30 seconds, before bringing me back to my filled-in Support Ticket page, putting me into a stand still. I press Submit again, the cycle repeats itself. I have tried with Chrome, Chrome Incognito, and Internet Explorer, all to no avail. My Blizzard forum post has not received any support either. What am I to do? I can assure you that both my MSInfo and DxDiag files are attached.
