I tried all day to get my phone number to work for the new system so I could play OW2, to no avail. I found out not long ago that my number is most likely considered prepaid.(Straight-Talk)
Naturally, I wanted to refund the $40 i spent on this pack a while ago. Normally, you couldn’t refund something after so long, but I believe this is completely justified in every way.
I tried to sort this out via a ticket, but the website just wont let me categorize my issue under refunds, it just loads for a sec, then stays the same.
So here I am, tired, disgruntled, annoyed, and overall done with blizzard now. Any help/advice appreciated. Thanks.
