The game is downloaded and every time I press the paly button on the blizzard (battle net) launcher it says playing and then nothing loads and goes back to press the play button I tried everything run it as administrator and everything is up to date. What do I do?

Same problem here, And when the game did load it was so laggy and stuttered whenever first loading into a map

I have the exact same problem and I just submitted a ticket for a refund to reset the game files.

Hi I am having trouble in the game where I spend most of my time getting killed because the moment the map starts it glitches or stutters, I have AMD5600X, RX580 8gb, 16GBRAM I think the game should not have been released as it is broken and needs fixed asap so I will be requesting my money back, also in the campaign it does not save your progression. and would like a refund of all my purchases, including the actual game

same issue . the only thing i didnā€™t do is change some compatibility in my BIOS( because i donā€™t know how to do ) but i really try all solution

They gave me mw2
The game does not appear in the list of purchased or available games
But when I try to click on the buy now button, they tell me that I already have it.
I will claim a refund

I have same issue, tried everything, including upgrading Graphics card and reinstalling windows, this game will not launch.

Event Viewer only displays the following error, with each attempt to play:

Same issue here. Still plays MWI, but not MWII. just updated drivers, and scanned game, no joy.
