I’ve been trying to find a way, any way, to create a ticket, and I cannot seem to do it. The in game support button on the wow forever beta does not work. The website has automated flows that constantly redirect. It seems impossible to actually just make a ticket.

Same Here. Can’t log into one of my toons.
Support tickets are for the Live versions of the game. That is why you can’t make a ticket for it. They don’t have CS provide support for test versions that are constantly changing, expected to be full of bugs, etc. Beta is a test environment run by QA and the game Devs. It is going to have bugs, resets, full char wipes, etc. Nothing there is going to stick around.
They did just do a server restart so maybe that will help?

Any advice for those who don’t have a lvl 10 hero on a live sever… and can’t post on the Forever forums?
Before seeing your reply here, I suggested trying to use the in-game menus or creating a new hero on a live server and lvl’ing it to lvl 10 ?
or even a starter account, you can get to level 10 pretty quick these days.

Retail leveling is pretty fast and free up to level 20. They can get a free to play retail char to level 10 easily. Assuming it is on the same Battlenet that Bnet should be flagged for Beta access and have access to the Forever forums.
That is probably the best option. They really need to be prepared though for the reality that Beta is a test environment and has no formal support. They can report an issue and maybe the QA and Dev teams fix it, but they could just as easily wipe the whole Beta server so never get attached to anything in a test phase!

Yeah… that was one of my suggestions.
Ok - I wasn’t sure how much time would be needed… especially if they were new at WoW.
