Cannot log in or submit ticket because i cannot change phone

I tried putting the new authenticator on my phone. But it wont verify because my account still has my old phone number. I cant change that phone number because I have no clue what my secrect question answer is.

I cant put in a ticket because it has to verify either through the authenticator which I cant get to work, or send it to SMS which I dont have any more… I dont have any idea how to contact any one

Also, you should be able to submit a ticket from the account you are using to post here… you will need to explain that you are writing about another account… and, I suppose, answer many questions to verify that you are the owner of the other account.
