I am trying to install the battlenet launcher, I have had it working on my device before. I have a Windows 10 pc. I have Run the windows + R command to remove all instances of battlement from both of my SSD and HD, and done multiple system restarts, I have run the program as admin, and I have disabled my firewall to allow access. The application will start a download but when it hits 45% i will get the error of BLZBNTBTS0000005C.
