When I try and install any game ( tried SC2 and Hearthstone) the client sits at waiting to start the download and then gives this error.
Whoops! Looks like something broke or crashed. Please try restarting the Battle.net app. If that doesn’t work, try restarting your computer.
I have uninstalled/reinstalled battle.net
Restarted multiple times.
Cleaned my blizzarc cache files under %programdata%
Nothing seems to help.

I am having the same issue, it’s been 2 days now, tried everything to no avail.

Howdy y’all,
We typically see this happen when there’s another program causing conflicts (such as security software or firewalls) or a networking issue. Try closing all other programs temporarily to test the install. You may also need to uninstall that security software to test the install. You can always reinstall it again afterwards.
