no keys listed on account after buying reforged, can only play online can’t find the keys and also wc3 classic is not attached to my account.

Hey there,
Reforged does not use CD keys. Installing the game from our website should provide an “Authenticate with Battle.net” option which should be used only by players who own reforged.
Once authenticated, the game should allow both single player and online play.

I just pre-ordered Warcraft 3: Reforged. Now I want to play Warcraft 3: The Frozen Throne that’s supposed to be available when you have pre-ordered Reforged. I have download the latest WC3 installer and installed the game but when I try to launch the game I get a message saying “Please eneter the 26 character CD-key from the game’s CD case”. I have no such key. According to this support article Can't Install Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne - Blizzard Support I should get the option to verify my pre-purchase by logging in when running the game. But I get no such option. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game several times but no luck. Any suggestions?

Try clearing out this folder then run the installer again.
