I’m trying to create an account for my son and keep getting an error saying “we’re unable to process your request at this time” with no other details. I’ve tried it from multiple different computers and receive the same error from each.
Have we attempted this in a different browser? Maybe Edge or Internet Explorer? If you have a mobile device with a data plan, can also try creating the account on that to test with a different network.
