I have 16 digit cd-keys on the disc cases for D2 and D2 LoD. I’d like to add them to my account and convert them to 26 digit cd-keys so I can install the game; however I do not find anywhere that I can do this in my account. I have checked a ton of pages under Games & Subscriptions and the downloads section. I was able to install the installer files successfully. I also am not able to open a ticket either so this seems to be the only option I have for support; Please advise. Thanks!

Top of page, enter the 16 digit keys in the “Redeem a Code” field.
Afterwards, the games will show up here under “Classic Games”:
