I am unable to change the language of the desktop Battle.net app. Every time I try, it gives me a message telling me I need to restart the app to change the language. When I click ‘restart now,’ it closes the app without implementing the change and gives me the same message again when I open it. When I click ‘restart later’ and manually close and reopen the app myself, it does the same.
