We, as community need some ways to express our ideas, an everyday blizzard gamer interacts with battle.net launcher, i think it could be a first hand tool for game designers and developers applying some surveys directly on launcher about “X” game, gather data and feedback for devs, designers and community, and mean community, like publish the data on real time through the launcher, i know is not that simple, but the interests of the whole community is what made blizzard big.
Maybe, the community is interested in know what the actual gamers of blizzard games think about some specific topics, and improve the games in a lot of different areas.
