I created a character before the last cycle ended, and received the deed of valor badge for that cycle.
I can buy the cycle end chest at hilts vendor, and I believe I collected the cycle reward from the quest on day 1 and 2, however it is day 3 of the new cycle, and i cannot collect my reward… the quest does not show up in my quest tracker to click on. or anywhere.
