Can’t change the region of my battle.net account

I can’t change the region for my battle.net account, it has been set in the wrong country since I made it some years ago, how can I change this?!

I have followed the support article but nothing is working, it also mentions sending an image of recent utility bill to verify new region but where do I send this? This is really annoying, I just want to add my mobile number for sms protect and play ow2.

Same thing happened to me, I made 4 tickets, and they were gone in the morning, not archived at all. Plus, it’s stupid that Blizzard decided to region lock because of strict they are with cheaters. Unfair for those who made an account and have a region locked and could not change it. (I had this account for 2 years now)

Please allow me to change my region! I even sent a utility bill. I need to change it so I can enter my American phone number.

I made a ticket 2 days ago. Please, I’ve been playing Overwatch since 2016. I just want to play the game. I own the watchpoint pack and everything
