There is a serious issue with people leaving as soon as a match starts…if you would adopt the policy you had for Heroes of the Storm…and make them win 3 matchs with other leavers in ranked before rejoining with open partys that would be lovely.

If you wish to provide feedback about an Activision Publishing game, you would want to do so through Activision’s feedback mechanisms. You could start with their website.
