[Possible solution for those of you who get this error and have dual monitors]
Greetings to anyone coming in here to look for a solution. I was plagued with this error, and did everything on Google search suggestion, with the inclusion of coming to this site’s forums to look for the error.
Took a little out of the box thinking, but, I realized that the resolution on my monitors were different. The one I play with is 1440p the other is 1080p. I increased the resolution to 1440p on my other monitor, and so far, it has been playing flawlessly (multiplayer, I have not tried campaign with this solution yet). Provided I run into this error again (let’s hope I do not) I am going to disable the other monitor while I play, and see if that kills this error full-stop.
