Call of Duty Modern Warfare: account locked after purchasing game

Been playing cod wz without buying cod mw for weeks without any problem
after some tome i thought of buying the game. so i bought it today,

after purchasing it i got a Digital Purchase Failed email but in the launcher it started updating and had this lock icon that when hovered by the cursor it shows “this account has been locked” but can still play diablo 3 so it is locked only on cod mw

so thinking that it has been locked because of the failed purchase, i purchased it again and this time it went through, it is now indicated in my purchase history and is listed as “complete”

but the lock icon is sill there, and the update is still ongoing, (will update this post after the update if it will disappear) what happened? and also did i do something wrong?

**finished installing. launched the game. and greeted with a “account locked” so what to do now.?

I have the exact problem as well. Purchased it, the payment didn’t go though. Paid with a different credit card and finally went though but now account is still locked.
Currently still waiting on tech to fix it. Havent been able to play the game since the free version

i hope they will look into it and fix the problem soonest.
