[bug] Rumble; purchase not processed, yet lost coins

Recently discovered this mobile app; Rumble (great game!!) I’ve saved up some coins, in case something specials is made available on the GRID.

Last week friday a “Bat Rider” (rare/blue) comes available on the GRID, for 900credits.

Iḿ happy; 1. i dont have the “bat rider” unlocked, and 2. it’s a rare-version. Great, i buy the card, my coins are reduced by 900 […] and thats it!

The “Bat Rider” isnt unlocked, i didnt received a blue-version, yet my coins are gone.

I’ve opened a support ticket about this issue, the support guys couln’t figure it out and adviced to file a bug-ticket.

what i’ve done thusfar:

  • restarted phone
  • log-in and out
  • waited 72hrs (might unlock later support told me)
  • reinstall app

My 2ct; i think this situation occured cause i’ve bought an ‘upgrade’ of a MINI which i didnt have yet unlocked
