I’ve just bought the game, and in my account it shows that I bought it and also says I have it in my library, but it’s not. I’ve opened several tickets and they keep suggesting to restart the pc and other stuff.
How can this be possible?

i have the same issue also.
CoD Modern Warfare III is included in “Call of Duty”…
If you have Call of Duty already installed, use the gear-shaped wheel to the right of the Play button and click on Modify installation. Ensure that the MW3 module(s) you want is/are selected.
If you don’t have Call of Duty already installed, click on the “+” symbol on the favourite bar (it will change to an “x” when you do) and click on “Call of Duty” to start the installation.
On the 2nd installation screen, ensure that the MW3 module(s) you want is/are selected.

It doesn´t help, it is not visible to add as a favorite. I have the same issue and it´s not even visible on the website under “Games and Subscriptions” but it shows as “complete” under “transaction history”.
