Bot accounts in ranked (OW2)

Lately there is a plague happening in ranked and is really frustrating for both sides of the game. And its these bot accounts coming into ranked just for the accounts to be sold later.

before it was maybe one account a game, fine it happens.
But I just played two games back to back where there were 4 bot accounts on one side.

I cannot add pictures but here are the game codes
