So just to clarify, after you cleared all that temp data and reinstalled the app, you’re still having issues? I may see the problem. It looks like you may be using Brave Browser as your main browser? If so, disable all addons for the browser and clear your cache/cookies. If that fails, see if setting your default browser to a different browser and restarting your browser works. The Battle.net app uses a bunch of browser hooks so a nonstandard default browser may result in odd display issues.
