The battle.net client will NOT resume downloads if your connection was interrupted/you had a blip.
Expected behavior should be the client will attempt to reconnect for at least 5-10 minutes. Right now, the client tries a few times, and halts the download altogether. This means that if you try installing a game overnight, and you lose connection briefly, you’ll have to manually hit the “resume” button every time.
