Last week, my partner created a battlenet account for the sole purpose of linking it to steam to play Diablo 2 Resurrected.
All we did was play through act 1-5, 2 days ago, when she tried logging in , she was greeted with the unable to connect to server prompt.
When she tried logging in to find out why, she was greeted with the BLZBNTTS0000006 error code.
We tried appealing through the account restriction page as instructed, but she can’t even log in so she can’t submit an appeal.
So I tried submitting from my account and they redirected me back to the account restriction page where she has to log in??
I am at a lotal loss, what should I do?
