ive done everything possible on this that has been suggested. ive seen a lot of people have this same issue.
try going to this direct download. i still got a windows error but i then went into my program files and clicked battlenet folder to find that the battlenet launcher was in there so i opened it and logged in after 3 hours of beating my head on my desk trying to figure this out.
