I’m trying to install Batllenet on my windows pc, but I keep getting this error BLZBNTBTS0000005C. The installation stops at the writing “battlenet update agent 45%”. I tried all the solutions written here and there on the web, but nothing, I can’t install it. does anyone know how to fix this, thanks 
Please specify which solutions you tried.
I tried:
Delete the Battlenet Tools folder, reset WMI repository, use another internet connection, disable proxy, create another administrator account.
Did you try installing the Bnet app in another drive or directory?
I just tried it, but unfortunately it still doesn’t work 
Unfortunately, it sounds like something on the system is blocking the app from installing. I do not work at Blizzard, so I don’t have other advice for you. You might want to visit the Microsoft forum to see if the experts there can help you install the software.

I have the exact same issue, and the exact same problem (stopping at 45% as well). I get a slightly different error when running as admin and not: BLZBNTBTS0000005C vs. BLZBNTBTS00000011.

Has anyone actually found a solution to this problem yet, I’m having the same problem did all the troubleshooting. Deleting all files related to battle.net, editing my DNS on my network, clearing my cache, turning off windows firewall and still have the same problem. it seems to be unfixable.
Yes I fixed the problem, I had the same issue, I think the problem is in the battlenet setup.exe on the download page, I have a version that is a few months old downloaded on May 2, 2025, it worked like a charm, if you trust me I can send it to you.
