So I’ve been unable to load the Battle.net desktop app or any of my battle.net games through their individual launchers since 11 / 22 / 2021. I was hoping time and patience would resolve the issue but I guess not. I’ve followed every method I can find to a T and I’m still getting the same exact error code every time I try to launch on this specific PC.

I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Battle.net desktop app. Except now that I’ve uninstalled it, it won’t let me reinstall it and instead gives me the error code: BLZBNTBTS00000011, “Couldn’t verify a digital signature,” any time I try to launch the installer.

I’ve tried launching the battle.net installer even after disabling all my security and anti-virus programs and still get the same error code. I’ve also tried using a VPN and launching the installer with it on, same error code.

I have updated my computer (Windows 10) and all my drivers. No luck even after doing that. Still got the same code.
-
I have created a new administrative account and attempted to launch the installer and my games from there. Same error code. Sensing a trend here? I am, lol.

I have gone through and manually deleted all my battle.net and blizzard files in my %appdata%, %localappdata%, and on. I have even deleted battle.net from my program files. I emptied my recycle bin and restarted my computer after doing this. Still the same exact error code, BLZBNTBTS00000011 .

I have reinstalled my digicert root certificate as provided by the support article for the error code. I restarted my computer after doing so. Once again, no change in results, same error code.
I’m at a loss here. It was working just fine last Monday morning, then WoW went down for the patch update and I haven’t been able to access the battle.net launcher since. I’ve done everything I can without input. Could I please get some help?
