So now all of a sudden im getting this crazy error and cant log in to battle.net on the launcher? But i can log in to website just fine …

Same here. I have tried reinstalling the battle.net app twice along with reboots.

I’m having the same issue. I get the same error on two different computer installs. I can’t figure out why it’s not showing up on realm status yet. I’ll try to submit a ticket in case no one else has.

I am also receiving same error code ?

Also having the same error. Will not let me log in with online mode. Will let me log in with offline mode. I have tried: deleting all of the files related to battle. net/ blizzard and redownloading, restarting my modem and router, creating an admin account to access it, deactivating firewall/ antivirus, and restarting the computer.

I can open wow separately and log in through that app, but hearthstone and the battle.net app won’t allow me to log in at all

ya i’m having the same issue i’ve uninstalled battlenet and reinstalled it and still won’t work… yet my wife sitting right next to me can get on her account just fine… I find this rather odd.

I am getting the same error also, have tried to uninstall/reinstall the desktop app, reset my password as well.

Oddly, I am able to login to the mobile app and do receive the login approval requests on the app

I tried submitting a ticket and the technical support page won’t even let me submit a ticket… frustrating!

same here ,some download started then after it finish i cant log in

Seems its random everywhwere in EU??? I have it in Germany! Uninstall and reinstall, reboot… brings no change.

Same thing happened to me. Tried every solution on the link to no avail. Submitting a ticket was impossible so I assume this is on their end? Oddly enough if I launch my WoW app without bnet and log in manually it worked.

I couldnt log in on Battlenet… yet went offline and did the update… tried again still no
