Hey, Fessll! This error usually indicate there being a connection issue to the Blizzard Service. Does the same issue happen on an alternative network? Are you able to login to other regions? Log out of the main application, and use the drop down option above the login details.

Could you gather a WinMTR file? Run this test to eu.actual.battle.net for 5 to 10 minutes while attempting to connect. Copy and paste the text file created and paste it between two ~~~ like so:

~~~
WinMTR Here
If you have issues pasting here, use Pastebin and post the end of the link. (ie. 123456 for pastebin.com/123456)
Hello! I tried everything possible that you advised from other topics with similar requests, nothing helped. When choosing another region, the same problem. I have nowhere to check the input from another network, I have no friends, I’m sorry. When checking WinMTR, sometimes packets were lost 100% from these addresses - ae1-br01-eqfr5.as57976. net and et-0-0-2-br01-eqam1.as57976. net
Fessll,
Your connection file looks fine actually. We wouldn’t expect any problems with this. The nodes you would see with high packet loss are just blocking test packets, so we can ignore that. The problem sounds like a virus or security program is blocking us, since it doesn’t appear to be connection related.
First, run an antivirus and antimalware scan, to make sure that you aren’t infected with anything. If that fails, uninstall any security programs temporarily since they can also block the app from contacting our servers. Finally, create a new admin and try on that account if even that fails.
If you’re still having trouble after all that, contact support. We’ll need different files to help you get this fixed.
Did everything according to your instructions. Commodo Firewall has blocked the application! Removed the application from the list of prohibited and it worked. Thanks for your work. I am ashamed to admit that the decision was so simple. Thanks for the help!
Nice! Thanks for following up on the answer, Fessll! Happy gaming.
