I have the same problem. Tried everything. COD will not start. But its the same on Steam.
Activison says, its a launcher- problem.
Did you had hardware changes in the last couple of month?
I have had the same issue since I first built my PC a year ago. It only happens with Warzone. I have had all new hardware (4070 Ti) since built.
