You didn’t say what game you’re trying to launch… we’ve seen that error many times with Warzone and MW 3. Are you trying to launch one of Activision’s game when you get that error ?

Hi There, thanks for trying to help out. I have deleted my cache and tools and still nothing. I even reinstalled after deleting cache and i keep getting the same error.

so ive worked with activision with this issue its a known issue and they dont have any plans on fixing it

so what am i supposed to do? paid for the battle pass yet cant even play it

Here’s what worked for me (I also changed ISP so also my IP changed). I started downloading the game and then cut my computer’s power off suddenly. Turned it back on, cleared Battle.net cache, uninstalled Battle.net and reinstalled it, then let it automatically detect CoD on my drive. Then it began an update to download the rest. It now works.

This error happened to my MW2019 after an update, i tried like 8 different fixes and nothing worked so i gave up.

Now 7/24 with the MW3 update its happening to me on this game. Again, nothing online ive read and tried fixes this.
