BLZBNTBNA00000012 over and over and over while trying to launch MW2. I am not the only one and have requested a refund and you still haven’t got back to me. It’s obviously a glitch with your software as I have tried for 2 days following hours of guides and even reinstalled windows operating system. I’m looking my money back, not happy with the lack of customer support either as many people are experiencing the issue and there is no answer.
They don’t care about their customers as long as the game is already paid they don’t care. Is very very sad how they do respond at least satisfy us we can say you are good friendly staff we can at least say a mistake can happen and as satisfaction wait patiently for the problem to be solved. I’ve been waiting for a response since the weekend ruined my whole weekend after being so excited to play.
The SAME EXACT thing happens to me. I payed $90 for a game to not even launch. Its honestly so frustrating. I’ve been waiting for a response since the beta came out. So far? NOTHING

The instructions to fix this error do not fix the error.
I sent the info to tech support… still pending a reply. This should be fixed asap or Blizzard needs to offer a refund. Pre-purchase provided no real benefit.
I have all the other Blizzard games, and not one has had an issue like this game.
Same thing with me… Submitted a ticket 5 days ago, it was almost immediately opened, no response.
Hey Wardy, I saw this fixed it for you on another post so I will also chuck it here,
I have found a fix I think, I reinstalled my BIOS firmware, there might be an option in the BIOS conflicting with the game. But after reinstalling the bios, my game will now launch. Hope this fixes it for everyone else aswell.
EDIT - After looking through the BIOS and doing some trial and error, I believe the issue is AVX in cpu settings, make sure its set to auto and not disabled, this it what did it for me.
I don’t know how to do that, I also read on the internet that if you do it wrong you can screw up your PC. That you have to do something like this is not ok warzone and cold war just do it except mw2.
For everyone here. I have managed to actually find the fix
Access your bios (google how to do so for whatever motherboard your using) and find the setting called “AVX” and set that to 0 NOT AUTO.
