I’ve checked for updates, scanned and repaired, uninstalled and reinstalled Modern Warfare into different folders including Program Files (x64), and launched the game through Blizzard Launcher and my file explorer. Nothing seems to work, I just want to play Modern Warfare with my wife.

This is normally caused by permission issues. A New Admin account can help reset a ton of Windows features on the new profile that’s created. This will not affect the other accounts, but on the new admin account it will reset registries, settings, permissions and much more. If you already have an administrative account on the computer, try a new admin account as this can help.
