experiencing BLZBNTBNA00000005 error code. I was playing just fine yesterday after the rogers crash, but it wont launch today. I am logged in, and can see my friends list, but the middle/majority is blacked out, with the error message " “update agent went to sleep. attempting to wake it up…”
It has been loading for 2 hours now and won’t connect.
same issue here, getting the error above. Also clicking on the link tries to take me to us.battle.net which cannot be resolved? forums seem to resolve and load fine.
EDIT: Seems to have gone past that message now and allowed me to start the game so i can play game but weird…
I’m with rogers as well and Ive played this morning without issues, now I dont know what is going on.
I am having the exact same issue. I tried reinstalling battlenet and restarting my computer. I am having issues even connecting to some of the links
Same issue here. I can log in on my phone when using data, but with wifi, no devices will connect to battle.net.
