BLZBNTBNA00000005 Error

Hi,

I keep getting this error while I use my Battle.net app on my PC desktop. It happens whenever I click games (to browse my games) or when I try to play games that are free. |

I wanted to buy some games but I think it may be very risky when I keep having this error.

Ive read the article regarding possible ways to fix it. I tried everything listed there but still no effect.

Please let me know what else can be done.

Something on the system is likely sleeping the process and causing it not to be able to update or check game licenses. The usual culprits are Malware Bytes, AVG VPN, etc. Unfortunately, you just have to troubleshoot it on your own by shutting off everything loading with Windows to find out which app is doing it.
