Can’t access/play warzone 2.0 even though I have purchase the full game.

Get the error BLZBNTBGS00004666 mobile number linked to another account which it isn’t now but my fault I did link it to the wrong account when logging into warzone 2.0 initially so I purchase the full game to get round the issue like others have in the original warzone but I can get passed the initial log in screen?

Do I have a chane of playing or do I need to request a refund? Have raised a ticket with blizzard support but no reply from them yet.

Have raised a ticket with blizzard support but no reply from them yet.

The waiting time for a ticket is about 2 weeks atm… sometimes a bit more.
