BLZBNTAGT00000BB8 can't logon to Vanguard

Can’t logon to vanguard, removed McAfee, and tried the scan tool and it still won’t work. Please advise.

On this one, do you not have a play button on the Blizzard app to play Vanguard? If you have no play button and just a repair, we could try some things to fix the game. The most common answer is a full reinstall though.

With that said, if only able to repair the first step I would like to try is resetting the app. Perform Steps 1-5 here after that do not reinstall yet but follow these additional steps:

  1. Open file explorer/file manager
  2. Type the following into the address bar (not the search bar): %APPDATA%
  3. Delete the Bnet and blizzard folders inside the appdata folder if they exist.
  4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 with %LOCALAPPDATA% and %TEMP%
  5. Empty the recycle bin.
