So this started 3 days ago now. Open BNet, see a need for a patch, hit download and get the ‘you need admin perms’. The last code ended with and A… now we have B. But same deal.
I tried ALL the suggestions. Clean install on both bnet and the game. Tried creating a second administrator access on PC, I checked programs that could be blocking it, i ran malware and virus scans, I changed settings - I scrolled the forums, and tried it all. Then, weirdly, managed to ‘fix it’ after 22 hours yesterday, by hitting update on a separate game in BNet. It worked, I got in, but by that point I didn’t have time to play. Figured I’d jump in this morning before work and have some time to chill out.
Error coded again.
Tried the ‘fix’ that worked yesterday - yeah, nope that didn’t work.
So here I am.
What the heck is going on?
