I have tried resetting my app, shutting off my phone and nothing seems to help me with my issue. I just am on a constant load screen for my battle.net app on my phone.

I have the same problem. But if I log into the app with a different account I can see those friends. It’s only this account: Adecusa#1816

I have this issue. I can’t even log out, etc. tried reinstalling the app multiple times with no luck. Anyone know how to fix this? Thanks

I am having the same issue. Uninstalled, restarted phone. Nothing is working.
