Hello I wanted to know if someone had experienced something similar to me? A week ago or so my pc got hacked really badly and I had to factory reset. But I received an email saying that my email had been changed and now Ive sent multiple tickets to blizzard and they take like 4-5 days to respond and the best thing they’d said was:
The account you want to recover has already been “lost” and recovered several times, and we can see that it is being shared or sold. In this case we will not make any more changes, since the security of the account is under the responsibility of the owner, and we have already educated you to protect it without success. We regret any inconvenience.
This is just a plain lie? Yes I have changed the email like 2 times but they were all of my ownership and I NEVER recovered or sent a ticket for help before, so why are they telling me this? Could’ve my account been sold without my consent? Pls help me Ive spent a lot of money on this account and I have all of the info needed to recover, they just aren’t responding fast enough and closed my ticket without waiting for my answer
