I have been trying to put in a Support Ticket since around August. I always get the same error every time I click submit after filling out the forum; “You can’t submit this ticket. An error has occured. This may be a temporary error, so please try again later.”
I’ve had the same issue on every Blizzard game for almost 6 months now, and it’s that I disconnect from Blizzard services on an almost bi-hourly basis(I can reconnect immediately after). I’ve gone through every troubleshooting step provided by blizzard to no avail. I’ve even gone as far as calling my ISP to check DHCP lease timers, traceroutes to bypass any high latency hops with a VPN, turning off all background services running on my computer, etc. Nothing fixes it. It only happens with Blizzard games.
I’d love to be able to play your games at a competitive level without being disconnected. Please help me bleezard.
