What happened to Blizzard Live support, one of my friends account get brute forced even with the authenticator and we can’t get anyone to help him out.

At this moment, live support hours have been limited due to business needs. Our live hours may change depending on needs, but it is available Monday through Friday starting at 2020-11-03T20:00:00Z to 2020-11-04T00:00:00Z.
Usually the authenticator should help, but I would recommend to have your friend set the account to a different email address, reset the password, and make sure that the authenticator is attached and active. This should secure the account and prevent the bruteforce attempts being made. It may help to run through a few of these steps here as well.
I am unable to connect on one of my characters. I have reached out to customer service in-game with no success. The absolute lack of customer support is dis-heartening.
