I had Diablo 4 Xbox PC app installed, there was an update. Kept getting this error after, BattleNet said Whoops, something went wrong, lol.
Anyway, after not finding a real answer online and spending like 30 minutes researching. I figured out:
Exit Xbox App and BattleNet app, open them both as Administrator.
Resolved the issue for me. Doesn’t make sense because I’ve never had to do that before, but whatever. Hopefully this helps someone else not waste as much time.
