Blizzard created a launcher that can't launch the games

I’m using the Crossover. My Battle.net launcher shows endless loading screen with the message:

Battle.net Update Agent went to sleep. Attempting to wake it up… More help: BLZBNTBNA00000005.

All tabs and options are available except for the “Home” and “Games” tabs (I can’t launch any games).

I’ve tried:

  • Reinstalling the Battle.net (five times, deleting different files each time)
  • Using various vpn/proxies.
  • Launching with different options in Crossover.
  • Just waiting for 30 minutes, watching the loader. :slight_smile:

Nothing helps. Has anyone else run into this?

CrossOver is not officially supported by Blizzard’s apps. Additionally, you may get more help from fellow players in the Mac forum.

To be honest, it’s not working on Linux either at the moment. But you’re happy to take our money, so maybe pipe down the disclaimer spiel and give the guy a hand.
