Every time I use the Blizzard client and my computer goes into sleep mode (maintaining IP address/no VPN), I get logged out.
When I restart my computer the same thing happens.
I understand if this is intentional in order to pad login numbers along with preorder sales, but c’mon.
Something on your system is terminating the login data. Things like CCleaner or anything that performs functions when waking or at startup could be the cause. This is not happening on my Windows PC when I use sleep or reboot.
This happens to me also. I cannot figure out anything on my PC that is doing it. Very frustrating.
I’d prefer we get an answer from Tech Support vs an MVP who has made multiple posts on this forum on this topic the last six months without an actual solution. This has only started for me when I updated Diablo 4 Season 4.
Submit a ticket in then… Blizzard hasn’t posted on this forum since Microsoft took over at the end of January and fired 1900 Activision-Blizzard staff.

PS. Actually, maybe not - too hard to submit, tried logging a ticket and the process was so convoluted that I could never get to a submit stage!
Collect files, make sure they’re in the correct format (*.txt), and upload them to the ticket interface.
I couldn’t get past the automated answers to submit a ticket! How many MVPs make needless posts to improve their post count?
Insulting us won’t resolve a logout issue your PC or connection is causing.
