Blizzard App slowing my whole PC down

Can I get help with this? Everytime I have the app up the moment it launches my whole gets very slow including the COD games.

You may want to try a full reinstall of the app to remove any old or corrupted files:

  1. Uninstall the Blizzard app

  2. Next press Windows Key + R and enter the following locations and delete any Battlenet and Blizzard folders in each location:
    • %LOCALAPPDATA%
    • %APPDATA%
    • %TEMP%
    • %PROGRAMDATA%

  3. Finally go ahead and reinstall the app from here. Make sure you run as Admin.

Disabling the browser hardware acceleration option (Click the Blizzard logo in the app > Settings > General) could also help. You can also force the Blizzard app to close when a game launches by changing the option that says ‘When I launch a game’.
