I initially tried to log into World of Warcraft using the shortcut on my desktop, and I would get a “Blizzard Error” “This application had encountered an unexpected error”. This happens regardless of shortcut I use, WoW, WoW Classic, Diablo 3, Modern Warfare. I attempted to reinstall the Blizzard App through the website thinking that my current file may have been corrupted and after reinstalling the app, I continue to get the same error.

Going over your crashes, I noticed a few different causes for the crashes you have been experiencing. The recent ones are not as clear cut, but are in the same vein.

These are the only clear cut causes from some of the crashes. As the recent crashes are similar, it is likely a software compatibility issue that is causing the crash.
I would first recommend disabling all other software you can to see if the Battle.net app launches:
