Hello Support team.
i Tried to Update my Blizzard App, which stuck at Agent Updating. so i Deinstalled the Battle Net App, deleted all Folders of it on Appdata, ProgramData and Programe(x86). i Tried everything i found online, all i found in the forum and on youtube.
i also tried to install it again by opening my COD MW Launcher with the same result. ill get stuck at the Agent Updating. i also dont see the Process in my Taskmanager.
i realy need help here. asap

Same issue here, bought a game and wanted to download it but it didnt even show up on my game list on the left, so I relogged 4 times, didnt help, so I deleted the whole Blizzard App, then redownloaded the installer and now everytime I open it, its just stuck on the āUpdating blizzard agentā¦ā part and nothing happens.
Quick google showed that this has been an issue for 3 years for multiple people so idk what the solution is. Maybe it will fix itself later because Warzone just dropped a big update according to my friends? Idkā¦ so frustrating, if it doesnt work later today I will just ask for a refund

i have the same problem. Blizzard App uninstal and now only āUpdatingā¦ā

hey. iām using mac but the problem is still here. had to delete battle.net as i havenāt opened the app for half a year and it tried to update itself but failed. trying to install battle.net again, i deleted all the files connected to battle.net via library/preferences etc., used my phone as a router, turned off my cleanmymac app and still nothing happens. help please!

This is ridiculous, everytime I want to come back to blizzard games the update is brokenā¦ then support replies with same old shenanigans with deleting files, switching connections, uninstalling antivirus, and nothing helps, what else am I supposed to do, reinstall my windows, buy new router? coz battle.net is so broken? absolutely insane, no other platform is breaking as often as blizzardsā¦

It doesnāt work whatever i do, what is going on with this app right now? im so furious, i just reinstalled windows just to have a clean pc and this stupid app doesnt work. Please fix this app, omggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggg

Same issue here, had trouble downloading the new modern warfare update so I thought that itās a battle.net fault so I deinstalled it lmaoā¦ And now itās just saying installingā¦ (0%) after like 20 mins

am now also with the installation. After 30 min I still have 0%. Always there I arrived at the installation.
Letās see if something happens here or not.
I am stuck at install too, try from new diffrent internet connection also, still stuck
So Iām not alone with this problemā¦
Also - do everything what Blizz Support say to do, reinstall Windows - and nothing, instaling stuck at ~30%.
I have been experiencing the same issue since the CoD update released. I tried every solutions on the internet but couldnāt make a progress.

I have the same problem , couldnāt log into sc2, deleted battlenet app and now instalator is getting stuck at installing.

I can not install battle net desktop app. It stuck at a point.
Same issue here. Looks like server problems.

Same here, tried all the solutions and was thinking it was just me, nice to see Im not the only one, which probably points at a server issue.

same problem here. I deinstalled battlenet because the cod update did not worked and now i cant install the app again. now i stuck at Blizzard Agent will be updated before i come to the main download.
