I did it all, I even tried removing the blizz app and my computer would not let it go. I am trying to update my blizz app to play my games. It gets stuck on 5% downloading files as seen, and says offline mode and cannot go online. I am now in irreversible conditions where I need a staff member to help me get back my games and app. I was also trying to find how I could play my games on xbox app I just got. Thx! I can’t buy anything useful right now!

Greetings,
This is Game Master Epiabeavoo from Blizzard Entertainment. It will be my pleasure to look into your case.
I would like to start by apologizing to you for contacting us multiple times to resolve this issue and for any inconvenience or setback that this may have caused. As a player myself, I know you would rather be playing right now. I totally feel you.
I have prepared a few troubleshooting steps to help you get this resolved! I would truly appreciate it if you could take a few minutes to go with me through the below steps:
1- This can be caused by too high of router security or firewall settings.
2- Run the Microsoft program Install/Uninstall troubleshooter:
3- (Windows) New Admin should reset the WMI Respository. If the MSINFO says Can’t Collect Information, try the following steps:
These steps can help if file corruption may be the cause:
- Uninstall the application (Skip if it does not allow the app to be uninstalled)
- Press Windows key + R and type in %temp%
- Delete anything related to Blizzard or Battle.net
- Do the same for %programdata%, %localappdata%, %appdata%
- Reinstall the application!
Primary forums thread for additional suggestions.
Again, I’m sorry that you’re going through this and that you didn’t get the experience that we are aiming for our players to have. As a player myself, I really get the frustration here, with what you’re facing, as it would be an obstacle to enjoying the games.
I would like to wish you peace, joy, and unconditional love in your life and always. And may it be full of light, laughter, and happiness, dear John. Yours truly, GM Epiabeavoo
Best regards,
Blizzard Entertainment, Inc.

Looking over the files this doeslook to be something that is causing the connection issues on your computer. And the MS info file you added is showing a lot of errors with various pieces of software on you computer such as Alienware Control Centre.
Please run through the steps on this page to disable ALL software that is starting up when booting your computer, by following the steps here:
Also repair any Windows system files:
Then once you have done that try uninstalling and reinstalling the Battle.net Desktop App:
If the steps here don’t help then please get back to us with your system files and we can have a further look into this for you:
I really hope that this helps clear things up for you and that the rest of your day is awesome! ![]()
