yep never fails finally get a free night to play and cant log in come on blizzard you better blow that horn and rally some nerds to fix this problem

Yeah I have been waiting for 4 hours for this issue to be fixed. I am able to play WoW Classic and Starcraft 2. But Alas WoW Retail will not be able to play. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the game and nothing has fixed the issue. Please fix this issue since we all here have payed to play your game. Thank You Blizzard.

My wife is working fine and I can’t. Same network. Don’t get it… unless it is some new network check to prevent unauthorized access that got totally screwed up.
LOL, i reinstalled the game 2 days ago after stopping play a year and half ago (stopped playing classic one year ago) and finally decided to check it out tonight after work and get this error message as well. I guess that is just life telling me to go to bed and try in the morning.
any advice from blizzard would be nice or how long it take to fix the problem pay for a service you cannot use multiple times within the month is just bad customer service and a massive rip off
yeah this service is just getting worse and worse with every xpac the internet needs a new game hero at this point Blizz is to comfortable and lazy nowadays

So is there any reason why Blizzard will not respond in their own forums, instead of putting up some random twitter response? Not everyone is going to Twitter to get a response from their post in your forums. What happened to your customer service? It has turned to crap since the merger!

Activison has always been junk
same here. i can play classic as usual but keeps disconnecting from retail.
Have this same problem. Classic Blizzard trying to suck every penny out of the players gametime. Im sick of it. This is no small indie company. I have lost so much respect for this company.

Amazing my wife logs on fine and into my account as well.
Meanwhile, on her or my account, I cannot get on at all. Using the same IP connection too

Same Issue! I can log in to char select screen for like a second, then DC.
Could this be a AMD or Nvidia problem? using AMD here
