I bought the BattlePass last season and got all of Moira’s skins, but it showed a bug in the store that I only had 3 items and 1 item was ununlocked. But the skin Settings can be used inside!
If you earned the skins in the Battlepass, and are able to use them in the game, then anything else is likely a display bug.
If you wish to discuss Overwatch though you are on the wrong forum. This forum is for old Legacy games like Diablo 2 (2000), LoD, etc.
